Why it's fair

  • First come, first served

    Everyone waits in one line and sees their exact place. When a box frees up, the next person in line gets it.

  • Picked after you pay

    Your car is chosen at random by our server only after your payment is confirmed. Nobody can pick it or swap it.

  • Same chance for every car

    Every unsold car in the drop has an equal chance of being yours. No car is weighted up or down.

Questions

How long do I have to pay?

5 minutes from the moment it's your turn. A countdown shows how long is left. If it runs out, the box goes to the next person and you can join again at the back of the line.

What if I close the page while I'm waiting?

Keep this page open and your screen on to hold your place. If you close it or lock your phone, you keep your position but are skipped until you come back.

How much does it cost, and can I buy more than one?

A box is the box price + shipping & packing (you pay that later, when you ship your car). Each person can buy one box per drop.

When do I pay for shipping?

After you open your box, whenever you're ready. Enter your address and pay the shipping & packing fee: one flat fee for every PIN code in India, shown before you pay. Unshipped cars stay in your Garage with no time limit.

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final. We refund in full if we cancel your order or your parcel is lost, and the box price if a parcel comes back undelivered (wrong address, unreachable or refused). A parcel that arrives damaged is refunded in full if you report it within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video. See Refunds & cancellation.
